PROVENANCE
This is the living estate sale for a professional and entrepreneurial couple who have lived in many places and have had many experiences (please see the expanded provenance below). This is evident in the wonderful collection of quality and unique items in their possession.
Much of the furniture is unique, newer and from quality designers and manufacturers and has been so well cared for and maintained.
The brands include Ethan Allen, Ferguson Copeland, Hickory Chair, Hancock & Moore, Arhaus, Thomasville, Lazboy, Fabrege, Lenox, Sterling, Theodore Alexander, Statton Furniture, Lee Furniture, Mastercraft Interiors, Austin Furniture, Antiques, and so much more.
Much of the art will be taken by the owners, but there will be more available including four signed Jonathan Green prints.

**RARE FIND AUDUBON "GREAT BLUE HERON" ELEPHANT PRINT FROM PLATE 211 FROM BIRDS OF AMERICA AND NUMBERED 166/500 AND ENGRAVED, PRINTED AND COLORED BY R. HAVELL 1834. This Rare Print Giclee Edition is printed with archival ink on 330 gram Somerset Velvet paper and is strictly limited to 500 prints.

THE RULES ARE SIMPLE
1. Cash or check with two id’s and one being a photo id only. CASH IS PREFERRED.
2. Remove the items the day of the sale and no later than Sunday before 2:00 PM
3. All items are sold as-is and all sales are final
4. Neither WRUW nor the owner is responsible or liable for any injury to your person or damage to your vehicle while at the sale or on the sale property.
5. While at the sale park as to not to disrupt pass through traffic
6. The first to pay owns the item.
7. You own nothing until it is paid for, and you will be given a sold receipt and at that time the item(s) should be immediately removed from the house or location.
8. Once the items are paid for, they are your responsibility.
9. If you break, dent or damage anything you will pay the marked price, ask for assistance.
10. No children under 16, no exceptions
11. Be patient with those working the sale
12. Bring your own packing boxes, bags and totes to remove your items from the sale and all of these will be inspected prior to leaving the sale
13. Do not change prices or remove price stickers
14. If we feel that your attendance is disruptive or harmful to those around you or to the property you will be asked to leave.
15. ALL SHOES MUST BE REMOVED OR USE THE SHOE COVERS PROVIDED
Any bags or totes brought in will be checked when you are leaving.
Only the front door will be used for entering and leaving the sale.
For all large and heavy furniture, the items must be moved by a professional mover. There will be professional movers at the house on the last day of the sale. You will be expected to pay them for moving the item from the house to your vehicle. If you need it moved to your home, you will plan with the mover directly and you will be responsible for the cost of this service and will pay the movers directly
